Medicolegal work
 

Mr Rudge has a particular interest in medicolegal work and has been preparing both Personal Injury and Negligence reports over the last 8 years. He has prepared in excess of 700 reports in that time.

He attended the BMA Medicolegal conference in 2017 and 2018 and has undergone training via Bond Solon. In May 2019 he attended the excellent Medicolegal Conference in Westmister with a focus on recent high profile cases including Montgomery vs Lanarkshire.

He holds regular clinics seeing new clients at the Spire Diagnostic Centre in Hertfordshire. He can also travel to see clients who are unable to travel themselves. 

He takes care to provide concise, logical, robust reports and is very happy to discuss cases with Solicitors and Barristers as and when required, either about potential new instructions or ongoing cases.
